RPM DROP OFF too quick

I found out that between shift gear my rpm drop off too quick. is that due to too much fuel? any suggestion on how to solve this problem?.

how much are we talking about? do you have a light weight flywheel? dont think the problem is in your map

Thanks for reply.. lets said about 3000rpm drop. exampl if I run at 3gear about 4500rpm. between shift drop about 1500rpm.. As for the flywheel I m using a CUSCO HYPER SINGLE.. I guess is standard weight...any suggestion?
