Cool PowerFC controlling 8 Fuel Injectors

Does anyone here using the PowerFC (De-Jetro version preferably) has any experience using the ECU to control 8 Fuel Injectors.

I am looking at running a dual-rail intake manifold and split the injector load to make the car run on one set of injectors at part throttle and the other set at boost instead of running (4) huge size injectors on one rail all the time where overall control is limited.

I wanted to know how to physically hook up the second set of injectors via the necessary wiring harness connectors (where to purchase if necessary), do I have to splice any factory wiring? Especially how to control them within the programming of the ECU. Any advice on this? Thanks guys.
