Power FC Alternator Control

I have a strange problem with my Power Fc.....With it plugged in the alternator does not charge at the correct voltage (approx. 14.4V).

with the stock ECU it works fine.......

I had the Power checked out by an electronics guy and when he put his scope on it the signal back to the alternator was lower that the stock ECU.....

Any idea on how to by pass this ecu feature (fr and G terminals on the alternator)

or does anybody have a Power FC evo schematic???

Help.....stock ecu sucks
