New to PFC

Just installed me PFC D-Jet, and does not start. Starts with Stock ECU.
I searched here, found some threads about not starting. But everyone i read seems to be a bit differnt. I hook in the commander and the IGN, FPR sensors were colored in. I guess meaning not getting signal. My question is IF i hook it up right. For air temp ( taped into manifold) wired RED- RED/BLUE on stock, and Brown - Black wire.
Another thing is i dont understand the swaping of the wires. Does anyone have a pic of this? Do i Tap and connect pin 8 and 22 together? or cut 8 and run it to 22 or vice versa?

Which unit do you have? If you bought one for the 8 there will be no wire swapping. If you need to swap 8 and 22 you have to cut them. I put male and female connectors on mine so I can swap back to stock ecu quickly.
