JayRacing PT342 fuel pump
Just installed mine today in prep for a tune this week. DEAD SILENT... thought we messed up the install. Turned the key to the on position and nothing, not a peep. This was with the access cover open and having an ear within inches. Cranked it over a few times and it fired right up.
Install was pretty straight forward. Has reverse polarity from the 255 it replaced and the included sock filter needed to be shave to fit properly. Other than that a straight replacement for a 255.

Flow Chart
Zivman, we received your old Walbro pump and flow tested it against our Pro Series PT342 pump serial# 00104. Please see the results below.
This is why I am unsure of the results you had on the dyno. I have shipped out the replacement PT342 pump serial# 00104 with it's flow chart to you yesterday, along with your Walbro back and the wiring kit we discussed. Please let me know the results you have with this and rewiring kit.
Thanks,
Jay

Hi, this is not a problem. The typical amp draw is about 3-4 amps over the Walbro. The bigger problem is the voltage drop along the long small gauge wiring. Any current overdraw issues would cause a blown fuse long before other problems.

Yes- you are right evolancer04. I did not notice it over in that section- I usually just pop in for a quick look here in the Alternative Fuel section. Looks like it has been a good thread so far. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

I would think the DW pump would fall to a similar fate

Hey, it looks like this rewire should help out. We just had a customer put down 621 AWHP on a Mustang dyno with E85 using our Jay Racing Pro Series PT341 (DSM Fitment)
