I am planning to run E85 with my stock VIII turbo. I would like to only purchase injectors once regardless of the power levels I achieve. I am looking at the FIC 1250cc injectors both for my present as well as my future goals. Would they work fine with the stock VIII turbo? Thanks.

It's all in the tune. Just make sure you start with some proven values for those injectors to get you in the ball-park. Then follow the process (search function) to scale your injectors for both gas and E85. Happy tuning.

I think 1000's are ok for a stock turbo setup but if you plan on going with a smaller GT series turbo or stock frame turbo then you may want to go with 1200cc+ injectors. Fuel pump may be the bottle neck if you need anything higher then 1200's (From what I've read).

I'm just curious. I run 14550cc right now on my green. I use to own a 30r also. I may step down to a smaller size and want to know how this setup looks.

Unless you have a double pumper or something bigger than a walbro there is no need for injectors bigger than 1000cc. If you max out 1000cc injectors you are or very close to making out a single walbro as I understand it.
Also nice numbers!! e85 is amazing stuff!!!!!!

360whp, maybe a little more. That's cake.
TRQ is king in my book. The trq bump will be the icing on your cake. I'd guess you are 300 now, that will go to 370. Maybe a bit more; its all in the tune.

Update for new setup using a ported and coated hotside Evo IX turbo, stock manifold and stock o2 housing.
Evo IX Turbo installed. Changed cam gear settings back to +1, -1. Tuned for 29 psi. No other changes.
412 tq and 404 whp
Removing the CAT may free up another 10 to 15 tq and hp, but my family doesn't really like a smelly car.

OK. So I'm with you, did you also install a IX turbo?

Modified last post to clarify. These new numbers are from a IX turbo with RRE HFC.
