Need opinions on my rev limits

Whats everyones thoughts on these values? Should the fuel and ignition cut be a little different?

Built engine with Comp 280 cams, 3586HTA turbo, E85, 35psi.

Fuel Cut: 9000
Ign Cut: 9000
Fuel Cut Load: 35.11
Retard Limit Rev: 8925
2step Fuel Cut: 6550
2step Ign Cut: 6500
2step Retard Rev:6525

Should the fuel cut load be raised?

I'm going to setup Jake's NLTS using the rally anti-lag tonight but I wanted to get some opinions on these values.

Drives: 03 EVO VIII some mods, 91 AWD Talon built motor sc61 turbo etc, 2006 GSXR1000 low long and modified

I would raise the fuel cut up some.... about 500-700 RPM. I always do this to keep the car from the nasty back fires that can and will blow out wide band O2 sensors.
