A/C idle issues
Just wanted to ask people from their experiences that own an AEM, if they have issues with their idle when they have the A/C on?

I hate not really being able to elaborate but....no, I don't have any idle issues with the AEM and A/C on.

We don't have any issues ... if you have any issues, you must check your settings..!!
Here are my settings :
A/C Min Speed = 500
A/C Off Above TPS = 90
A/C On Delay = 0.64
Idle A/C Load Comp = 5.86
A/C Request Input = Switch #2 Gnd=OFF
A/C Clutch = LS 11
A/C Fan Speed = IDLE 5/6
Rad Fan = Disable
Good luck..!!

There are number of things that can cause poor idle with a/c:
-Add more timing progressively as the idle falls of target. In the idle target error (ign vs Idle)
-Make sure you have enough fuel to support an idle 13.0 to 13.5 for after market cams. I no just talking about target base.. I'm talk about from were the idle catches (hi idle setting) and lower slowly.. There needs to be enough fuel.
-And make sure you are adjusting the idle a/c load comp to support the extra load from the a/c being on.
Good luck

Balancing additional ISC position and AC On Delay, I was able to get a perfectly seemless transition in about 5 minutes.

I had this and got rid of it by taking away some of the fuel added in AC idle load comp. Got it when i switched to E85.
You guys might also want to check your idle target settings if you get a hanging idle as well. You also have to adjust this accordingly.
