If they do an OBD-II scan, I imagine that you may have some issues passing...

If it is just a sniffer test, you could always throw on your stock downpipe and sail through..

you shouldnt have a problem if they do OBDII. when they use a obdII scanner there looking for codes. If you have any cel's you can make aem ignore them. then when scanned it will come up clear.

i'm pretty sure that the last post is wrong, the aem disables the obdII port, so it won't pass inspection if that is used in your state. there are plenty of posts about this in this section

I have a friend who does inspections here in pennsylvania. He told me there is no way of passing with a standalone ecu. They use obd-2 to check for codes and such. The aem will not connect with there machine(ie no signal from ecu). There for you will not pass an emissions test with an aem ems installed.

Correct.. AEM doesn’t have any coding for OBD II. It's like an English speaker try to talk a Japanese speaker.

Put back the stock ecu and then flash it with tephra mod and acamus patch. Search it in the ecuflash section
