A/C Clutch (compressor) not turning on

My friend just installed the AEM EMS in his 2003 EVO 8, and he is very fire-up with it. I don't know squat about EMS, and he doesn't have an evolutionm account, so I told him I could ask here..

Here is the issue: he installed the EMS and start playing with it (he has other ems, like Haltec and Microtec, so he knows the basics). After playing for a while he got the car running fine. Now he is checking for details and found out that the A/C compressor is not turning on. We noticed that the condenser fan is turning on, but not the compressor. Also, the rpms varies a little (goes up and then slowly back down) when we turn on the A/C switch.

Any help and a setup to make the compressor turn on..?

Here are the options at the setup| air conditioner | options -A/C:

A/C Min Speed = 500
A/C Off Above TPS = 90
A/C On Delay = 0.64
Idle A/C Load Comp = 5.86
A/C Request Input = Switch #2 Gnd=On
A/C Clutch = LS 11
A/C Fan Speed = IDLE 5/6
Rad Fan = LS2

Thanks,

Here is what I changed..:

A/C Request Input = Switch #2 Gnd= OFF
Rad Fan = Disable
