I've noticed some of you guys have perrins stg 2 for cobb ap.

I have the stage 2 Perrin map and I truly cannot say if it is much different. I had already performed the leak test before I was running the Cobb stage 2. I am not sure that it is hitting its target boost as I still have the original boost gauge that came with the car (MR gauges) but it does not seem to be hitting the correct mark. Therefore, I am not sure that I am a good candidate to tell you whether it is worth it or not yet until I:

* Will be getting a wideband and after market boost gauge in order to log verify that the map is in fact within the correct tolerances.
* Will be performing another boost pressure check to make sure everything is tight.
* Did change from the stock boost solenoid to the Perrin E.B.C.S. so that it is not the issue (unless the Perrin E.C.B.S. is defective which I hope to find out when I am able to log and perform the boost check).

Once I do this, I will report back. I do have to mention that Perrin will tweak the map since not every car is the same but of course this requires logging the boost and AFR which is another reason why I am getting the aftermarket wideband and boost gauge.

i used the perrin stage 2 for a while. i definitely noticed a difference from the cobb stage 2.

1. holds boost steady to red line with no taper at all
2. has more mivec adjustment, great spool and top end.

felt faster but i have no dyno sheets to back it up
