ap dyno app
just curious who out there has tried the ap dyno under the performance setting in the ap menu. does anyone know how accurate it is? and what have some people gotten as far as numbers with what mods?
oh and does anyone know the weight of an evo 9 gsr with no driver.

You can get a dyno reading now with the AP? Is this new? Guess I gotta update mine to see.

I updated my AP and tried it. I don't know how accurate it is as there is no dyno here to compare it with. I noticed the horepower results vary greatly if the road your testing on is less than perfect. On a smooth level road the bet i got was 320 hp and 324 tq. On a bumpy road it was like 345 to as high as 375hp and 406 tq.

i got 317hp and 309tq but only tried it once. what weight did you use during set up?

I put in 3.450. The ix gsr is supposed to weigh about 3,285. I weigh about 165 so that's how I came up with that number.

All in all, I can't complain, this is a nice feature that will help me know if my future upgrades really did anything and by how much. Thanks Cobb.
