Driver install issue

Hi,

I tried to install the driver for the dongle, and it keeps saying that the device is not connected so it can not update the driver. I have tried several different ways of connecting it and it still does not work. (through the AP, without AP, plugged into OBD, etc.)

How do you get it to install?

When I go to Tuner Race and try to connect to the ECU, it also says it is not connected. Is this probably a hardware issue with the dongle? I have tried 3 different USB cables so that is not it.

Windows XP and 2006 Evo IX MR

Thanks

EDIT:

I found the solution on one of the Scooby boards. If you are having this problem, do this:

1) run the dongle driver installer
2) uninstall the driver using the driver control panel (I forgot the name) - Do not uninstall using the included automatic uninstaller
3) reinstall using the driver control panel, selecting the folder that the dongle installer put the driver in originally

Okay now I got it to datalog...how do I view the spreadsheet into a graph? lol
