AP Tunes??

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the AP tune do to the car other than turn up the boost....like what does it do to the parameters in the ECU/PCM Im a tech myself and just got ahold of an AP and it helped out alot but jsut trying to get some more info on it so ill know what i have on my car and what it does so i can info some Suby guys round my area

It does basically what any other professional tune does for a car, optimises air and fuel, timing and boost.

Keep in mind, it is a generic "canned" tune and isn't necessarily right for every car, as you will see variances from car to car.

Going with this equipment, I'd recommend upgrading the stock bcs, so you don't have to max out your wgdc. PERRIN has offered equipment and mapping to support this method.
