That's right. I installed the Access port and got my boost lines from Cobb and the Turbo went into Overboost. Thanks Cobb. I'm glad I didn't get the one lets it go into 2 bar. Sooo.... any reccomendations?
...just kidding, I'm "installing" the Access Port tomorrow, and I have no clue about this restrictor pill issue; why is it everyone is having issues with this... any reccomendations?

Because the stock line has 2 restrictor pills. The 2nd one has to be completely taken out. And the first has to be drilled to a specific size to fit your needs. Just call cobb and tell them, theyve got great customer service and will get new lines to you within a few days

I have my stock mitsubishi lines and I'm hitting 23psi with the stage 2 map, some individuals just aren't hitting peak numbers for whatever reason.

It's because it may not have to.

Look for STIhavok's AP review in the accessport section. I go into a very in depth explanation on how and why boost does what it does on an EVO.

ah ha... so no one mentioned that the first pill people are having to adjust to has to deal with elevation issues...
Then again, RiftsWRX, are you trying to say somepeople are using MBC's with the AccessPort and not saying anything until its too late?

That could very well be possible, but it's certainly nothing I'm assuming.

But, as a very outspoken point. I'm NO fan of MBC's, and almost refuse to tune with them here at the shop.
