Request : How to program key Fob

Quick background. I wanted to replace the black plastics on the key since I broke mine where the key-ring is, so I ordered a new key. I had the new key cut, and swapped the internals from my old key, and voila, the new key works. However, the old key no longer works, since the electronics inside aren't programmed to my car.

I'm looking for the programming procedures for the key so I can start my car with all 3 keys. Car does NOT have F.A.S.T.

Thanks in advance!

I'm not positive on that. The mechanic I spoke to this morning at the dealership said there was a way of doing it, but it takes longer. Perhaps he's wrong.

You will require a Mitsubishi scan tool, access to the Mitsubishi tech site. There are codes that are required to be entered ect.
