We have recently had the oppertunity of working with www.DressUpBolts.com developing a REAL TITANIUM fastener kit for the EVO 8,9, and 10. The kits are finished and have been flying off the shelves! We have these on both of our demo cars and absolutely love them. All of their kits are made of Titanium, these fasteners are STRONGER than Grade 8 Stainless hardware, and feature their own unique head design.

I have never seen any issues with the stainless bolts on the magnesium valve cover for the evo...had mine for 4 years.
I will be picking this up for the ol DC2 when they are finished...15 years, half of these bolts are rusted. I was about to order all new OEM bolts, but this is much better. I am thinking gold or stainless, as the car is black..

Titanium is highly corrosion resistant, and will usually cause more rapid damage to a less resistant active material to which it is coupled. Titanium will usually be the more noble metal and the cathode in the galvanic cell.
I'm not saying that the steel is going to fall apart in one day, but it is a FACT that it will increase the rate of which the steel corrodes at.
