I have similar scratches on one of my windows. The dealer took it through their brush washer. They did not tell me. Of course that is where the scratch occurred but of course the dealer would not fess up. They probably run cars and get bugs, stones, rust, whatever stuck in those brushes. Luckily my car is used and my DD so I am not that worried about it as I am sure more carnage will occur, but that sucks to have it that bad.
