Anyone have scratches on their windows like the ones below. The scratches are
on every piece of glass. Car has only 8k miles.
Long story short I got my car back from a body shop like this, and they are trying
to say that the scratches are inside the glass so it is a factory defect. My
insurance guy tried having it buffed out and the scracthes are still there, so he is
now saying the same thing. And of course the Mitsubishi rep is saying that it is
not possible to have the same type of scratches on every piece of glass, since
the front windshield is different from the sides and rear. When the sun hits the
window just right it looks like a damn spider web of scratches. Anyone have any
ideas?
