On my GT30 setup right now if I'm going up a hill at load in 5th gear it will start to flutter at around 5 psi and upset the car. It will also flutter if I boost 5 psi and then let off slightly instead of jumping off the throttle completely. I can drive around the 2nd condition but going up a hill it would be nice to just be able to accelerate with the pedal smoothly instead of getting on it and letting off to avoid the flutter.
I'm using a Works BOV which is basically factory with a stronger spring. It was fine with the stock turbo but now this ball bearing GT30 just pumps too much air at light loads and the BOV is fluttering and not reacting quickly enough.
