It is Registered for street. It does have a Utah State Title
I didn't do it I bought it from a Import car guy right after he got it and then got into some situation and had to sell it. So everyone thought I bought it and imported it when I didn't and don't know how to do that stuff
So don't ask me how you can import a JDM car because I don't know how too. Other than going to a importer and finding out
