When Do you need to change your head bolts

I heard that at over 25lbs you should change your head bolts.... Is this true

mmm not sure, but i doubt it, the stock turbo gets pretty close to that. I think is 30, but not sure 4B11 is a different motor.

P.S. The B18 ones suppose fit the 4B11.

Thanks I'll look that up... So I should be safe at 25lbs with the stock bolts

I think you should, i believe the stock turbo like i said pushes close to 25 if not that.

And i read about the ARP studs from B18 from a post carrito.net made. You might want to PM him and get more info.

As far as i know, no one has had a failure related to head studs yet.

In fact, with all the power some people are making on the stock block no one really knows where the weak point of this motor is yet.
