the buschur setup comes with a balance shaft removal kit... you don't want that being shot through the block at 9k rpm
So yes there's some minor vibration but it's not bad at all to me. My TT stealth has solid motor mounts and shakes the steering wheel at idle pretty bad...this is nothing like that and works fine for my DD.
The tone is quite a bit deeper at 4000rpm
