no need to PM, or I'd just get other people asking so I'm going to share it here.
1) you need some 2-part epoxy that will bond to almost anything.
2) I put a thin bead about as wide as a q-tip around the outer edge of the mas honeycomb where it meets the mas to bond those together.
3) let it cure before using.
the problem is that the load values are going to go up dramatically so you have to re-tune for it.
