question about my spark plug gap
so i just change my spark plugs, i was reading around .026-.028 for spark plug gap
when i took out my stock ones, they were about .022-.024.....so i just gapped it at .025 is this bad ??
i'm running sun hyperforce also if that matters, 91oct/25psi/353whp/276wtq
heres a pic of my stock ones 25k miles, can someone diagnose them?

ngk ones usually come already around .027-.028, so you don't have to change it, but the stock ones will come with a smaller gap to be safer so you don't misfire it, so if you changed it to .025, you should be fine as long as you're not misfiring or anything, and your stock ones look pretty beat up, good idea that you changed them

OEM NGK sparkplugs are gapped at around 0.022. i have changed at least 3 sets... I dont keep sparkplugs on the car more than 4000 miles...
The 1-step colder NGK racing ones that i was using before they were gapped at 0.024 and along with the Sun Hyperforce no misfires, only until recently where the gap had opened to a crazy 0.028 and the car was misfiring like crazy (thus and my poor track results until now...)
Couple of days ago changes my oil, filter and sparkplugs with a set of Denso IKH24s, 1-step colder than originals... They were gapped 0.022 or 0.023, i dont remember and the car runs like a champ again...
For EVO VIII people: Dont get confused... The IXs have completely different sparkplugs and sparkplug gapping...

what about these, http://www.amazon.com/NGK-Laser-Irid...7216949&sr=8-1
they work for the evo ix, but they're not the oem ones since they charge so much, they were gapped less than .020
