Best Tune Shop in CT is...
IMO its Bishops. I was tuned by Paul from ECS @ Bishops and got 355 at the wheels with tbe, gsc s1 cams, 02 housing, ets intercooler, injen intake, lower and upper incp, forge mbc at 22psi.
I had gotten tuned by two different shops in ct. Neither spent as much time and effort as Paul. I am very happy with the results. Taking a look at the maps from the other tuners, (the old tuner wouldnt let me look) I was shocked at the hack job used on my car. Well either way I am extremely happy and recommend everyone to use these guys.

I don't know about ics or al at dyno flash. i've heard way to many horror stories from people that had gone to him . like tunning the owners car to push the 100% max power and the motor breaks a week later , or stealing peoples parts ie cams .

I been to The Shop a couple times would recommend Junior......hey did you guys get the new shirts in yet and your stickers? I PMed you after you tuned my car to thank you again but u never wrote back!

Junior knows his stuff and i have learned a lot from him. He is a good guy and a good friend. I can not speak for The Shop CT, but i do know that the one time i talked with AL on the phone he treated me like i would expect he would from reading all the bad posts about him here and there on the internet.

Al @ dynoflash tuned our evo and it has been running great and strong with no complaints. Been about 1+ year maybe 15k miles now.
He comes off as *** thats for sure but he just easily annoyed. His tuning is great and he definitely has endless knowledge on these cars.
