I know I'm chiming in on this one a little late, but there's no such thing as "street" coilovers. Coilovers are made for competition. Either they're engineered correctly and therefore expensive, or they're crap made to sell to people who don't know any better. The Evo will out-handle nearly any other car on the street. If you don't have a "hole" lot of money to spend, don't. Your stock suspension works just fine.
