Castrol Syntorq LT 75W-85W GL-4 (GM# 12346190)

I saw a few threads with information regarding this Synthetic Trans Fluid...

Anybody using it and have some feedback?

I just picked up 3 quarts from the local GM dealer, p/n 12346190

First fluid change this weekend at 10,000 miles.

I know that this is preferred to the BG Synchroshift for MR tansmissions. It is also used by Dodge. Part #04874459. Dodge synthetic manual tranny fluid, GL-4 rated.

Anyone else use this fluid with sucess in their 6 speed gearbox?

I have a 5 speed and was using bg sycroshift II and it worked great. My last change I used amsoil synthetic tranny fluid and it works like a charm. Its rated a gl5 and I think I'm gonna continue to use it from now on. When I changed it there wasn't that much shavings on the drain bolt(with the bg syncroshiftII) and I'll see if there is less shavings my next change.
