FS: Stock NEW EVO9 Diverter Valve (BOV - blow off valve)

I bought a new stock EVO 9 diverter valve thinking mine broke. However, that was not the case so I have an extra brand new, never used EVO9/EVO8 MR diverter valve. Since I got a good deal on it, I figured someone may be interested on here.

PART stamped on valve:

First line: K5T09275
Second line: 6Z22

If there is no takers here in the next few days, I'll try to return it.

SOLD

The shop I bought it from will not take it back... so I guess it will be for sale here for a while.

Reduced my price even further for an even greater loss on my part.

Again, this is brand new!!! Holds 30psi unlike the plastic ones that start to leak at 24psi.

High?? For a brand new never used valve? Please tell me where I can find one cheaper (shipped). This is NOT used.

I got a quote from http://www.mitsubishiparts.net and it was $15X+ ship. http://machevo.com is $149+ship. http://www.lancershop.com $130+ship.

If you know of shops that are selling this for less than $95 shipped, please let me know who they are... I'd like to check them out for future purchases!

Thanks for the meet idea....

Well, I personally believe that your source is wrong.

I have tested 3 different EVO9/MR valves myself and all three held exactly 30 psi. My test rig looks like this:

For the record, the plastic one tested to hold 24psi. I should of taken video of this as proof... at least I have another forum member here as a witness: modvp

Some one please educate me... I really don't understand. You are the 2nd person to say my asking price is high. Where are you guys finding a cheaper price than what I'm asking. New ones are $150 (dealer), I'm asking $95 shipped?

I have seen used ones on these forums go for $80-$85.... I'm not selling a brand new, never used valve for $70 or $75. But thanks for the offer.

Maybe you guys mean the valves are are not worth it for you personally because you don't like the stock valves no matter what the price is going to be.... that I could understand. But how do you justify my asking price as high when compared to other prices out there.... please explain. Show me where I can find one cheaper - I really do want to know for my future purchases!

incorrect information 24/25psi = best

Pricing is good...not over priced at all

Thanks!

Can you point me to a repeatable test result to back the 24/25psi claim?

MR bov's are capable of holding boost spikes to 30 psi. It's done quite often. At times, the stock turbo is the limiting factor.
