APS Intercooler (pics)

I finally settled on going with APS.

Was tempted by the Buschur Race but without knowing how it would install on an Evo 6 I was too afraid. I knew of people fitting the APS to the six without much fuss so went that route. Just came in today. Ordered from RallySportDirect an APS dealer who had it in stock.

Will follow up with some logs of its performance once installed.

Sorry I don't have a scale, but the UPS reads 36.1 lbs.

There was an awful lot of packing material (it was packed very well so thumbs up to APS for that).

Oh another FYI, the inlets and outlets are 2.75" internal diameter. The intercooler comes with two silicone coupler/reducers plus clamps.

Ive been rocking my APS FMIC for almost 2 years now. it has held up very well. repeated dyno pulls, HPDE events in 115+ ambient temps & countless rock pelted canyon runs. fitment is great & it fits the stock undertray with no cutting. i couldnt be happier....

i am glad to see that they no longer paint thier logo on the core, i was able to remove the logo without damaging the finish, but it was time consuming & a PITA .....nothing against APS or people who like that stuff, personally i was just never fan of big logos/advertising on my car
