So freaking HAPPY, my throttle hang FIXED!!!
Last night was a great night. Met with my friend JdmSam. He is a tuner, mostly Mazdas and Nissans and mostly with Haltech, but he was willing to look over my car and see what might be the problem with my idle, stalling issues and throttle hang. Well in the first 2 minutes he found the culprite.
My evo would hang around 3000RPM while driving, no engine braking, no deceleration, and it was quite annoying. Do not the exact table, but he found a RPM value too low in the Decel fuel. Basically the car was trying to idle under decel via a fuel mapping! Instead of reverting to the idle map. It was set at 2200RPM and the car would not see the idle map unless the RPM dropped below that value.
He fixed my start-up table and the idle. Now I have 1050RPM (280 cams) idle and no throttle hang! Very, very sweet deal for me!
