Evo VIII ECU flashing without OBDII

Hi All,
About month ago I bought converted LHD Evo IV as first modification I decided to change ECU for one from Evo VIII. Before cuting the harness I wanted to check if it is working so i have connected it directly to Openport 1.3U cable.

Below how I did it.
Cable pin 1 connected to ECU pin 56
Cable pin 4 connected to ground (battery -)
Cable pin 5 connected to ground (battery -)
Cable pin 7 connected to ECU pin 62
Cable pin 16 connected to 12V (battery +)
ECU pin 12 connected to 12V (battery +)
ECU pin 25 connected to 12V (battery +)
ECU pin 13 connected to ground (battery -)
ECU pin 26 connected to ground (battery -)
ECU pin 79 connected to additional cable from 1.3U cable
EvoScan is working but I cant flash ECU
ECUflash is not working at all.

I have Evo VIII ECU with following symbols (4 plugs)
1860A276 E6T34895 H 4322 111
ECUflash 1.42 is showing following information
[09:18:37.775] Using interface OpenPort 1.3 Universal TX27#M5wc266b6c599a8406a9052b4ecfe751d2d5391b7d3
[09:18:37.775] interface close
[09:18:37.775] unable to connect to vehicle interface.

ECUflash 1.29a is showing following information
[12:15:31.216] sending init sequence 1 (0001)

EvoScan
flashing tool "mitsukernel" loaded.
flashing tool "mitsukernelocp" loaded.
flashing tool "mitsubootloader" loaded.
OpenPort Cable Connected.
3392 byte kernel read.
sending init sequence 1 (0001)
interface close

When it is asking to turn ignition on I click ok.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong or what I have done wrong ?
I need to remove this immobilizer before putting ECU in to the car.

Sorry for these questions but I have 0 experience with Evo.
