Another WW

Fell in love with the Ralliart back in 2004. I traded it in for the Endeavor so my family would have something bigger. Then I found out about the new Ralliart and fell in love again. The wife said when we could afford it, I'd get one. I've been waiting ever so patiently lurking around this site, looking at pictures, and crossing my fingers that it would happen one day.

2 hours ago it hapened. All stock, nothing special, but it's finaly mine!!!

The only thing I'm not sure about is license plate position. In Texas I have to have one on the front. I hate to ruin such a great looking car, but I have to. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

congratz on the car, good things come to those who wait I guess. And about the plate position, why not pick up a evo x plate mount and put it on the side, seen a few RAs like that and it looked good (well, no plate would look better, but that's really not an option).

Very nice!

If you don't mind me asking, how much was your purchase price? Did you add any options?

I would feel weird about putting on a plate Evo style if I didn't have an Evo... but that's just me. Otherwise, there are 2 little dimples on the front bumper where to drill for a plate. I think it looks perfectly fine there.

I decided to leave the front plate off for now. Honestly I have never been hassled before about it in my area. We have lots lots of police in my town and they have never bothered me about it before. I guess if I get a ticket for it, I'll start thinking about where to put the plate again. Honestly if it were the old white texas plates, i'd have no problem putting it in the middle or on the side because the matched the car, but the new texas plates are hideous. I can't even look at the back of my car anymore because the plate kills me just to look at it!!

Next car I buy, I'm going to see if the DMV still has those conservation (plain) plates. If so, I cannot and will not get one of these ugly plates. I can't believe 400k people in Texas voted for this. How come I wasn't aware?!?! some of the other designs were much better.

The other plates looked much better. *sigh*
