Ha, I was just looking at those today.
The stock rims are porkish, I think AMS weighed them and they weighed in at around 40+lbs EACH.
I think 8.5 is TOO wide for the stock 215s to fit properly, at least I wouldn't risk it anyway.
You shouldn't need spacers for a proper fit, 44offset works fine. However, the rear wheels will not be flushed with the fender, so if you want them to be flushed you will need a 5mm spacer. According to

And for TPMS, yes you will need to transfer them over from your stock rims (or buy new ones) and re-calibrate them. Unless you like to drive around having the MUD yell at you every time you start the car.
