HKS Legamax Premium exhaust
So I was trying to work something out with ETS, but couldn't get my schedule lined up to loan them my car to prototype some parts, and get a catback from them... I decided I couldn't wait until next summer for my schedule to open up.
So I went with the HKS legamax exhaust with center pipe instead. Got a pretty good deal on it. Can't wait to get it 
I'll post some pics when I receive it and have it installed.
Quick question, kind of off topic... my coworker asked me if I was going to call the insurance company and let them know about my mods..... is this common practice?

Awesome buy with the exhaust.. Hope u can post a video when u get er installed!
As for the insurance question.. I would say no.. In my case I'm not insured for aftermarket parts so if I wreck with an exhaust and the exhaust is messed up.. They don't have to pay for a new 1.......... but if I told them my insurance would go way up to have them insured.. Just my case though

Make sure to take lots of pics and a video. I can't seem to ever find a video clip of the HKS Legamax 
With the Insurance question, don't tell them about mods cause they might raise your premium. I totalled my Lancer GTS back in July and I asked my insurance about the mods I installed, all I had to do was produce receipts for the mods and they wrote me a cheque for the price w/o shipping so I got most of my $$ back. Maybe just call your insurance company and ask them about mods but don't give your name

Yeah, i probably don't want to chance it. My premium didn't go up when I sold my corolla and got the RA. I don't think my insurance company knew what the RA was since it wasn't in their system.
I'm planning on pictures when I have my friend help me install it. I'll have to figure something out with the video, don't have a video camera

btw, there are some vids on youtube of the HKS on a X. Sounds pretty good, not as loud as some other ones, but I don't need to wake the neighbors :P

Does the pipe in the pic make this a cat back system or does it delete the cat?

You guys should make a twin tip! I would've been happy with an AMS exhaust, but I didn't want to go with the single.  Guess I'll just have to make up for it by getting the AMS high flow cat since HKS doesn't make a cat.
I got the rear section and center pipe from Warehouse 55 for $950 shipped.
