Nice wheels! I just checked out NL Motoring and you weren't joking. Those are some great prices. I was looking for some winter wheels and I was thinking of buying some used stockers but, now I may have to reconsider.

225/40 will fit fine...the perfect set is 18x8.75 +35 but with lowering a rear fender roll will be needed.

I'm looking to get some 245/40/18 summer tires for these as the stockers are on there last leg. (22k on them)

Anyone running Nitto 555's or NT05's?
The car is a DD and living in WA I get a good amont of rain.
I have a dedicated winter set I put on in DEC-APRIL

This, and I have NT555's on my X. They are my 5th set on almost as many cars, and I have yet to find something that I like as much. I have been through my fair share of different brands, too. Sumitomo tires are what broke d-bags put on their Escalade "rimz".

Just got my new NT555s a month ago in size 245/40/18 no issues what so ever love this tire it by far has lasted the longest with normal and abusive driving. ;D last ones I got about 45k out of and these tires have hardly any road noise at all and ride real smooth. I could not complain its a awesome tire for the money and its always my choice. Good in wet too. And I'm down in Naples FL.

Ordered the tires before your comments yesterday .

It rains here 50% of the summer season plus most of fall and spring. All the reviews and comments i read said the NT05 were great in dry conditions but scary in wet/rainy conditions. The NT555 was better in wet but was told the sidewalls were soft and noisy .
I've never owned a pair of Sumitomo brand tires but they are the parent company of Falken and Dunlop, made in Japan, and have good reviews in the forums and car magazines.

So Tire Rack Order Arrived Tuesday. Didn't inspect them to much until last night.
One of the tires looks like it has Shipping\Forklift Damage.
Called Tire Rack, explained the situation and I already have a shipping confirmation for the new tire (Different Courier this time).
