Hi Quick Question

I have a question regarding the Tire pressure sensor. this is my first car, with TPS on it and i was wondering if there's any chances to damaging the TPS in any way if i change tires and rims myself, if yes, what do i need to look out for.
Thx

I haven't messed around with the sensors myself, but you might want to do a search in the Wheel/Tire section for TPS and TPMS. Some of the guys have messed around with their TPSs, so you might get some insight there.

I don't mean change the tires on a rim but i want to put on my winter tires that are already on a set of rim. Just wanted to know if its possible to damage the TPMS on it while doing so.
Or is it better to buy another TPMS

Of course it is possible to damage them, but what I was saying is that some people have actually done it and already explained how to do it in the Wheel/Tire section.

go ahead and put on your winter wheells/tires.

yes , you will get the warning on the display.

no , it will not damage/hurt anything.

just be sure to check tire pressures often.
