Pictures show them on a Lancer GTS. The Type 1 Racing site has them as 2008 Lancer +. Might not hold up to a Ralliart's weight.

new T1R S-Coil Lowering Springs for 09+ Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart. The S-Coil springs offer a drop of roughly 30mm (1.2") front and rear. Spring rates are front 2.91K and rear 3.65K. Each spring is made out of SAE9254 cold-wounded steel with special powder coat to prevent corrosion. T1R offers a 1 year unlimited mileage warranty on the springs for defect or sagging.
This is taken from a site describing the T1R S-Coil. Should not be issue

Yes I know that site says it is for the 2009 Ralliart but if you go to the manufacturers site they have only ones designed for 2008+ Lancers.

I asked that long ago, and no one seems to be willing/able to answer the question. I know what the upgraded spring rates tend to be, but not knowing the starting point makes choosing aftermarket upgrades difficult.
For those of us who don't use the metric system, these springs are 163 lbs/in front and 204 lbs/in rear.
The first thing that bothers me about these coils is that the front has a lower spring rate than the rear... seems kind of off.
Second, comparing these to the only other spring rate numbers I was able to find (Tein Basics), they seem kind of lackluster (336 lbs/in front and 280 lbs/in rear. http://www.tein.com/price/mitsubishi.html ). Ksport's coilover spring rates for the '02+ Lancer are also significantly stiffer (392 lbs/in front and 280 lbs/in rear http://www.ksportusa.com/asp/coilovers.asp ). The Ksports might not be compatible with the Ralliarts, but it does give us another metric for judging spring rates.
Maybe RobiSpec and RoadRace Motorsports would like to chime in with the spring rates for their offerings?
At the very least, I would still like someone to give us the answer to the question regarding stock spring rates. Judging from the other data, however, I wouldn't be surprised if these T1R's spring rate is less than our stock spring rate... especially in the front.

I couldn't find Ralliart-specific springs on the RobiSpec website. Links?
