Negative Camber?

so my RA has about 21,100 miles on it now thanks to a trip to florida and i noticed that my front tires had been getting really worn but when i checked him today the inside of the driverside tire feels like its showing belt and the passenger side is fine.

This sound like a camber problem?

I noticed that my tires are eating tread like crazy on the inside on the front two.

a couple of things. Evos and RA's run more camber than what would be in lets say a honda civic, or a escort, part of the many factors that help them corner so well. another note is you guys did not follow the factory tire rotation specs..something almost everyone (including me) fail to do.

+1

I try to rotate my tires every 5,000 miles or so, and when I forget, I pay the piper. There are some tire rotation guides available on the Internet. I am too lazy to look them up right now, but you should find one that directly pertains to AWD vehicles.

What I like to do is move the fronts to the opposite-side rear and the rears forward on same side. Repeat the process each rotation.

Camber aint the issue, Toes is your problem...get it checked. Camber effects toe which wears out tires on the inside /outside. Set toe to 0 and your probs will be solved regardless of camber.

This is the correct answer.

The only way to adjust it is through a shop correct?

go to a good alignment shop. ( ask some "hot rod" guys in your area. )

get toe as close to zero as possible.

get camber set to NEGATIVE .5 to 1.0 degree.
