Drives: 2009 Lancer RA

Stock Spring Rate

I also asked this question on another forum, but since this seems to get much more traffic, I thought I'd ask it here too. Does anyone have numbers for the stock Ralliart F/R spring rates?

So, since no one seems to have the answer to this question, maybe I should ask a different one. Given the weight and the suspension geometry of the RA, what would be an ideal spring rate? Or maybe just a range from daily driver to hardcore performance.

The reason I ask is this: If the RA and the GTS share the same suspension/spring rates and the RA is 500 pounds heavier, are the stock springs that come on the RA ideal even for daily driving?

Thanks, that's a great resource! However, it still does not have the information I was looking for, i.e., stock spring rates to use as a baseline comparison against the aftermarket offerings.
