Drives: 2010 RA Sportback (Pearl Octane Blue)

Talking Got new 2010 RA sportback, wanna know the maintenance

Hey Everyone, I am SO EXCITED for having, driving and decorating my new 2010 RA Sportback OB these days; fell into love with it, just can not help LOL
Anyway, would like to know how to maintain the performence vehicle since it's my first one with turbo and AWD Any recommendation or advice will be appreciated (except the info from our Manuals though, LOL) Thanks! Btw, plan to keep it stocked for a while as a daily drive and maybe just get some wider tires (how about 225/45R18? Any specific tires recommended?)

PS: I've already installed Mitsu mud guards and finished the coating with 5-star shine. The surface is GORGEOUS now! But still won't believe their 5yrs no waxing/recoating guarantee... whatever, at least no need to worry about the paint for a year or so and will save me a lot of weekends for sure LOL

Congrats Octane Blue is great. Not digging all the badges but if u like em then just tell me to screw offI would suggest after your car is done its break-in period, switch it to synthetic oil, which you should always run in a turbo car(don't understand why the RA didn't from the factory but oh well). Dealers will charge $80-100 for synthetic oil change or you can spend $40 or so and do it yourself if u are comfortable with that. 225 is the widest tire that fits on the stock rims(if u are sticking with them) and would be a nice improvement.

Thanks so much MAN! Just got Mobile 1 full synthetic oil from Walmart. 900+miles now, will change it at 1000 mis... Not a DIY person, unfortunately... Thinking let Walmart techs handle it by passing them the oil LOL Btw, what kinda 225 tires are recommended (Not much snow here in TN, no need for winter foot but rains a lot...)

Well, I didn't mean to... LOL but here in Nashville TN, seems like nobody knows Mitsu Lancer, just rarely saw few regular lancers on the road... Only ONE dealer (named with VWs and Hyundai before Mitsu...WTF) in the whole metropolis area. Gotta teach ppl some lessons Personally, I love sticking onto my car(s)!

If you like them don't worry about it. The average person probably won't like them, but it is your car so do what you want with it. =)
