test drove an evo x 2010
well this is how it is i test drove a evo 2010 gsr with navi ok this is how it went i went to take lancer ralliart to dealership to fix satelite and took a ride in a evo and i just didnt like it i understand the evo is the flagship of the lancer but u know wat i love my ralliart. okay i know there is a big difference from a lancer and lancer ralliart but i seriously love my car more. dont get me wrong i have more than just my ralliart i have an 2008 is 250 and a 2007 tundra with a 6 in lift with 35 in tires i know wat is nice. but i sold my car the 96 eclipse gst. i would never think i would ever get a lancer but i did and i have one and i love it i had my car 5 months and i cant stop looking at it sometimes. y i love my car cause get descent mileage and love the transmission and the power i have, but at least my insurance is not gonna go up and im gonna save some money but to all yall the ralliart is the bomb

I don't have either one of those (ralliart, evoX) but I will get the X any day of the week. I can understand why you say all this, you bought your car 5 months ago and now wish you could turn back time and get an evo instead lol j/k... to each his own I guess

i also test drove the ralliart and the evo x, the ralliart has more of a slower responsive type of feel to me compared to the evo x

All that torque, hp and grip just spills your coffee and knocks over the groceries in the trunk anyway...who needs it!

If I was looking a pure track car, I would have bought the GSR, without question. Since I was buying what would be my only car, the RA is the right choice. I wouldn't mind test driving a GSR, but I never like driving a car that is not mine hard, meaning most of the reason for wanting to drive it would be gone.

I think that was english in a excited form due to the fact that he drove an Evo causing oxygen leaving the brain to quickly while under immense G-force from the accelerator peddle being depressed to the floor, lol
Glad you enjoy your car.

You guys are lucky! NO dealerships in INDY would even think about letting you test drive an EVO. You buy it or look at it. No exceptions .

Nothing wrong with a RA. Side by side though, the X is so much better looking IMO. I think you guys who poo poo the X for a daily are crazy. I drive my GSR everyday and love it....except the seats get old with the high bolsters. It is quiet, smooth and fast enough. The RA to me always wanted to buck in city traffic. I also prefer the 5 speed now. At first I thought the SST was going to be the way to go, but just figured it would get old and then I would leave it in auto all the time anyway.
I look forward to my drive every day. Be the way, I bought used and spent less than buying a RA so made my decision easy!
