"Possible Icy Roads!" Warning

This morning on my way to work I took a windy back road and was having some fun when all of a sudden a message pops up on the instrument cluster "Possible Icy Roads!". I thought what the hell until I looked at the outside temp which was 36 deg. F. Has anyone seen this before? I don't remember reading anything about this in the manual. I just thought it was kind of cool the old Ralliart is looking out for me .

Yeah...RAs just being courteous. :P, be prepared to be spammed by that notice every time you turn your car on during winter months.

Yea, all of our cars have it. It does get kind of annoying after a while but then you'll just start to tune it out.

Lol at the spam comment Detroit!

Geez only complaining about 1 beep?

I get my service required beep.
a beep of some sort for my TPM's
and the icy roads beep
hell there might even be one in there for a CEL because of the test pipe O2 sensor

Ha ha!

Yeah I got that light to go on making a sharp aggressive turn on a bumpy road surface.

I thought, yeah thats the correct symbol I expect to see.

I figure that this is the cars way of telling me I'm doing it right.

This is like that Test your Strength game at the carnival:
