6 Disc Changer in 09 RA?

I just bought my 09 RA last week and I was wondering if it had the 6 Disc CD Changer. I keep pressing the Load button on the Radio and nothing happens. It even has the little buttons on the Radio that say Disc▲and Disc▼. I don't hear a beep, nor does the light on the button come on. I checked the sticker and it didn't say anything about a CD Changer. Did some RAs not come with a CD Changer, because according to this sheet I got, the dealership got the car in January of 09.

Mine's an 09 model and has a 6 disc changer.

If your's isn't working I'd contact the dealer.

RAs with the Recaro package, have a 6CD disc changer. Base/Base+Navi/Recaro+Navi don't have the 6CD changer though.

+1 on calling your dealer if it's not working though.

So Mitsubishi just put the load button and the Disc up and down buttons there just to screw with me?

More or less...yes.

They probably just mass produced the face piece for the head unit though, :P

when you press the load button does load display on the screen and did you put a disc in?

The stock CD player will play MP3s, so you can fill a MP3 CD-R with hundreds of songs.

Not to mention if you put your mp3s in separate folders on a single mp3 CD, you can browse the CD by folder in your single disk player. Just turn the knob to change folder. Much better than changing CDs imo/

The same face plate is used on all the cars, it is connected to the actual radio via a ribbon cable. If your invoice doesn't say you have a changer then you don't have one.

I know what u mean, my RA has the steering wheel phone controls but it doesn't come with bluetooth, WTF

WHAT?! It was my understanding that ALL Ralliarts came with Bluetooth standard... something went awfully wrong when they delivered your car
