you think anyone will ever develope a launch control?

do you guys think anyone will ever rig up a launch control for our cars? there has to be a way to program in something like that.

They say that with the Blitz throtle controller is good enough. I'm waiting for more people to buy before i try it.

I haven't heard of any plans to dig into the SST tcu (but maybe the necessary code is in the ECU), but theoretically it's possible. I think that one day, there will be launch control programs for the R/A, but that can be MANY years away.

On one of the other threads, AMS had stated that they were working on shift points on the SST. So it is only a matter of time!! Ill try to find the thread.

I don't know why Ralliart guys are scrambling for launch control anyways. It's not something you can use around town and it's sole purpose lies in the 1/4 mile. Unless you plan on going often and are willing to deal with the consequences (ie. a blown transmission), it's just a toy you can boast about at a bar with the hopes of getting laid.

I know I know!!!! the answer is:

Dipping off a green light against someone else's car

it's all about doing illegal/wrong stuff.... bad bad Ralliart owners

If you're five, sure, when you get older, doing stupid things gets really old, especially when it can cost you big time (your license, your life, your transmission, etc). If you're willing to risk those things for a ****ing street race, have at her.

With the RA, Why do you need 2 step? just brake boost it to around 2800 and go.
