shouldnt you have a little dial below the left hand side air vent beside the steering wheel? I can adjust mine with that.. If thats what you are asking about.

one, you have the auto leveling switch inside cabin.
two, there are 2 bolts heads you should be able to see in the back of the headlight. Each are protected by a plastic cap. remove the Plastic cap to expose bolt heads. Use appropreate socket and turn clockwise or counter clockwise to tilt headlight beam up or down.

Can someone show me a picture of where these bolts are suppose to be, tried looking today but even with my flashlight I wasn't sure what to look for, everything seemed quite crowded.

I found having mine set to the highest setting that it's fine for most conditions, but once I was following some friends to Denny's and they pulled over. She thought I was flashing my brights at them, but it was because of the hills that would cause the HID's to flash up into their car. I don't think you'd want to have it any higher then factory....

Ok I just wanna ask, is the drivers side headlight pointing lower on other cars or is it just mine, I know sometimes drives side lights are pointed lower on purpose as not to blind on coming traffic, but I just feel the drivers side is too low, hard to see upcoming hazards specially on the freeway.

HID's are enclosed in projectors with cut offs. Your headlights are fine, that is how they are suppose to work. Halogen lights spray light everywhere, HIDs focus the light directly on the road.
If you raise them too high you will blind everyone and cause an accident. That is why it is illegal to add HIDs to cars without projectors.
If indoubt the dealer should check alignment for free the next time you get the car serviced.

I have the same problem too, the cut off is fine with the left side being low, but its way low even if I set the dial to "0". It's very hard to see on the road especially on the freeway. Did anyone have a solution to this? Maybe adjust the beam a little bit. I'll also ask the dealer.

The drivers side will be aligned a bit lower then the passenger side so u don't blind all the oncoming traffic while still maintaining maximum light output. Set at "0" is just below oncoming traffics line of sight, so any higher and u will shine in the oncoming traffics eyes and maybe cause an accident. I wouldn't suggest adjusting the cutoffs any higher. My buddy has a lowered integra and with my lights at "0" they were blinding him.

so the caps with the tamper proof bolt is what we remove to get to the adjustment screws for the headlights if we are not projector headlights?

Oh well, it was really hard driving last night, I can't even see any road hazard ahead of me, the light output on the left side is just not enough to light up the road. What if I adjust my fogs? I know there's an adjustment level outside the car, will the beam go further a little bit? Don't want to mess it up if it doesn't. Thanks.
