This makes absolutely no sense. But go ahead and keep believing that a front lower tie bar can work miracles by "holding the chassis together" and "help the tires".
...and maybe you should both stop insulting us Americans on here by saying we "don't think much".

well let me tell you guys that the front lower tie bar was installed yesterday on my RA and it works very nice... I felt a very good improvement in the front tires grip... it definitely helps a lot!!! the only problem is the very low clearance you get... because the bar passes just beneath the exhaust where the flex is... but it's definitely worth the money!!
I'll post some pics later so you can see....
