I have Yokohama S-Drive in 205-45-16, look great, lower profile but still comfortable driving.

I have Tein Springs (S-tech) but haven't installed them yet lol...but from pictures I've seen on this forum, gives a very nice drop.

I wanna say if you can find them get a set of BFG Gforce sports with TEIN S TECH lowering springs it drops you 1.8 in the front and 1.1 in the rear and give's you the pefect look! and the gforce sports are awsome ive had mine for 2 years as long as you keep rotating them your good to go they grip up like hell! but snow isent fun lol.

Yes the springs will work great with your stock struts! ive had my RA for 2 years now and ive had it lowered 4 days after i got it lol i havent had any problems with my suspention at all and yeah i painted my stock wheels black with the red pinstripe my BFGoodrich GForce Sport tire size is 205/50/16 and thanks for the comment on my car i wish it still looked like that but after my accident i put everything back to stock beside my evo vortex generator and my evo wing.

OhFourRalliart, you might've just convinced me to go with those tein springs as well! not right now exactly, but hopefully sometime before the end of the year! you're car looks really nice, I'm sorry to hear about that accident, but as long as your car is fine now! So I also must know, where did you get that tiny RA badge you put on the front grill? is it the same one off of the 06 RAs? did u get it at the dealership?

LOL, I wasn't trying to buy it from him, I don't think he's parting it out. I believe in his car domain it said he got the mesh grill from accolade (body-kit.com) but I hear mixed reviews about that so I don't know. I have a mesh grill myself and I was lucky enough to buy it off of someone for like $90 on the forums a long time ago. I got the OEM mesh grill which goes for like $200 at the dealership. SOmething that I would try if I didn't get that grill is they have a "JDM" mesh grill on ebay going for like $45, so that might be something to consider as well.

you can get the evo wing anywhere, but what I would do is visit the for sale section on evom for both evo part outs and evo for sale - interior/exterior and hopefully someone will be selling their evo spoiler that came off of their evo for no more than $400. Good luck

You can get the wings for cheaper, I just scored a full cf one for 129 shipped (stripped the paint and clear coated all of it) and another one for 275$ shipped.

Shipping kills the deal on the wings.. Keep in mind the Evo IX's don't have full cf wings so try to find an evo 8 wing...

As for the tires, I would go with a 205/45 it'll give you some room to play if you want to go lower. Don't try to fit a 225/40/16 on our tires though.. worse attempt I ever made with my car... they fit but the sidewall thickness was way too small. Wound up switching back to OEM size. O btw I'm on stock suspension, or was.. Sold the car heh

Mods (ahem otter... hahaha) this technically belongs in the 04-06 RA suspension/tire section :-P (Otter please don't give me points!)
