P205/55/R16 for 2006 Lancer?

Hey!

I'm getting new tires for my 2006 lancer, and found some fabulous Birdgestone Potenza ones that are only in size P205/55/R16. Only problem is, my stock ones are P205/50/R16. Does anyone know if I'll get any rubbing etc. if I upgrade to the bigger 55 tires?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

I ran 205/55/16 for snowtires and had some minor rubbing when turning the wheel all the way to the right or left, otherwise I was fine. If you're on the stock ride height you'll be fine like me.

Thanks for the input man. But I ended up buying some General Altima HP's which are the same size as my stocks now. Didn't want to risk it.
