I've been in contact with the Canadian branch, and found out that the application for the OZ Rally (which should be identical setup to the RA) has spring rates of 6 in front, 4 in the back. That's for the R3 coilovers. Email them to check into pricing - I was told they're on sale in Canada until August 31, 09.
They have a 1yr warranty, can be rebuilt, and you can get custom spring rates at no extra cost. If need be, they'll adjust the valving as well.

thought I would chime in cuz it wasnt mentioned yet, but BC also offers the custom valving and spring rates, they dont charge anything either its just special order. I got mine in about 7 days
